COVID-19 Procedures

As a local, family owned, business our hearts hurt as we witness our community be affected by these challenging times. We take the well-being of our our team and customers seriously which is why we have implemented strict procedures to ensure the safety of your family and ours during this time. 

We have adopted protocol for our team that ensures strict compliance with social distancing requirements, such as:

  • Limiting the number of team members in our office at one time

  • Limiting the number of employees allowed in one vehicle

  • Closing our office to anyone that is not personnel

  • Requiring proper hygienic practices such as frequent hand washing, cleaning of surfaces, etc.

Prior to starting their shift all of our employees are required to take a health screening, any employees showing any symptom related to upper respiratory illness are sent home. This procedure is repeated at the end of every employee's shift. In addition to health screenings we have expanded our employees access to paid sick leave to ensure the health and well being of our team and customers.

For the convenience of our customers:

  • We have extended our availability via phone and email

  • We understand the financial difficulties these times can bring and are proud to have flexible payment options such as:

    • Option to  pay via credit card with no processing or convenience fee charged to you

    • Access to payment plan options​​

    • Ability to pay for your service at a later time via phone or mail

    • We are also running various specials!
